Services for US & Americas Buyers

Three things the network can do for you on the ground — in Los Angeles and in China

These are operating services run by companies inside the Rainbow Bridge ecosystem, not a referral directory. What we do first is free: you describe the problem, we tell you what actually has to happen — including the parts you do not need us for. No prices appear on this page because there is no standard package; terms are agreed directly between you and the operator.

01

US Warehouse & Fulfilment

Warehousing and order fulfilment for imported goods

A Los Angeles address that can receive your container, prep to marketplace requirements and take your returns — operated by 7cang.us inside the Rainbow Bridge ecosystem.

What it covers
  • Receiving inbound freight from the Pacific port complex, including palletised and floor-loaded containers.
  • Storage, inventory visibility and order-by-order pick, pack and ship.
  • Marketplace prep: labelling, polybagging, bundling, carton building and shipment plans into marketplace fulfilment networks.
  • Returns receiving, inspection, grading and restocking — the part most first-time importers have no answer for.
Who it fits
  • Sellers whose product is arriving at a US port and who have nowhere for it to go.
  • Sellers holding inventory inside a marketplace network who need a buffer and a returns address.
  • Buyers who need US-based fulfilment for channels outside the marketplaces.
02

Sourcing Agent

Supplier identification, vetting and production management

We find, vet and manage the factory for you — across categories, using the network rather than a directory search.

What it covers
  • Turning your specification into something a Chinese factory can quote against, in Chinese.
  • Identifying candidate manufacturers and verifying the entity behind each one before you spend money.
  • Running the sampling sequence to an approved reference sample, and keeping the revision record straight.
  • Coordinating production, arranging pre-shipment inspection, and managing the handover to your freight forwarder.
Who it fits
  • Buyers developing a product rather than buying a catalogue item.
  • Buyers who have been burned once and want the verification steps done properly.
  • Buyers whose volume does not yet justify their own China team.
03

Trade Missions & Factory Tours

Organised sourcing trips and factory visits in China

Meet the network in person: factory visits and industry events in China, organised around the fair calendar instead of improvised on arrival.

What it covers
  • Itineraries built around a specific category and a specific shortlist, not a sightseeing route.
  • Factory visits with member manufacturers who have agreed in advance to host buyers.
  • Interpretation and on-the-ground coordination during the visit.
  • Trade fair attendance planned around the phase your categories are actually in.
Who it fits
  • Buyers choosing a manufacturing partner for a product line rather than placing one order.
  • Teams for whom materials and finish cannot be settled by photographs.
  • Anyone attending a major fair for the first time and wanting the days after it to count.

How it works

the same three steps for all three services
1 Enquiry

One email describing what you need, your product category, your volumes and your timeline. Free, and no commitment.

2 Assessment

We map what actually has to happen and in what order — including the parts you may not need us for. If the honest answer is that you do not need this service, we say so.

3 Introduction

We hand you to the operator inside the ecosystem who does this work. They quote and contract with you directly; Rainbow Bridge is not a party to that contract.

Where our responsibility ends: Rainbow Bridge handles scoping and introduction. Execution, quotations and contracts belong to the operator you are introduced to. Customs clearance, duty liability and US import compliance remain the responsibility of the importer of record — see US import compliance basics. Nothing on this page is legal, tax or customs advice.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation in one email — where the goods are, where they need to be, and what is currently blocking that. We will tell you which of the three applies, or that none of them does.

Direct contact: [email protected] · We reply from a person. Service scope descriptions are qualitative by policy: this page quotes no prices, no lead-time guarantees and no case counts.
